African Scalecraft is a living research programme, not a published report. New evidence, new analytical challenges, and new collaborators are actively sought.

We welcome responses to the analysis - including challenges, corrections, and the evidence we have not yet found. We are interested in research partnerships with institutions, governments, and foundations working on ecosystem development, scaling finance, and innovation governance across sub-Saharan Africa. We are available to discuss the implications of this work with founders, investors, and policymakers who are making decisions the research is intended to inform.

The programme's ongoing analytical work is published on the Systemic Innovation Substack at systemicinnovation.substack.com, where new analysis, shorter-form provocation pieces, and research-in-progress are shared.
